I do not currently take insurance. I am happy to provide a superbill (statement of services to provide to your insurance company if they accept out-of-network providers) upon request. I do take HSA and FSA cards.

Payment options: I accept cash, check or all major credit cards. I also accept HSA or FSA cards. Payment is due before or at the beginning of each session.
